The pink hand carved tree of life soapstone box is a circular box with intricately etched Tree of Life on the lid. The plain circular sides and base, colour match the lid.
The craft techniques for making these beautiful soapstone boxes were passed down through many generations with some of the artisans being able to trace their ancestry back over 20 generations to those who carved the stonework which created the Taj Mahal
